Hi. I'm Joseph Weddler. As I walked down the Old Church Road to the cemetery, I noticed the moon was full. I was going over to my friend Lena Johnson's house. "Hello, Lena," I said as she opened the door.

She said, "Hello, John."

"It's Joseph," I said.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah," Lena said. We decided to go to the cemetery.

Along the way, we heard the wind. The moon was shaped like a skull and was blacker than the night. We heard a rustle under a tombstone.

I said to Lena, "I-I-I think I see a fingernail sl-sl-slowly moving out of the ground!"

Then we heard a voice. "Come to me," It said.

Then we noticed, you guessed it, a zombie! It had a long neck and one arm. Its clothes were ripped. It had only one eyeball.

"Help!", we cried, but no one could hear us. It chased us everywhere. Then a hand reached out of the ground. It almost grabbed me, but grabbed Lena instead.

The zombie said, "Come to me, come to me."

Then I noticed a tree branch. There were also some matches on the ground.

"I hope this works," I thought. I held the flaming branch up to the zombie. I can't believe this, but it actually scared him. The zombies climbed back in their coffins.

I looked over at Lena and asked, "Are you alright?"

She said, "Yeah."

We went out of the cemetery to her house. We decided to stay there for the night.

I woke up to hear Lena screaming. I ran to her room and saw her surrounded by zombies. I had grabbed some matches at the cemetery, just in case. I lit The matches and threw them at the zombies. They all shriveled up into dust. I said, "Well, that solves our zombie problem."

She said, "Yep, John."

"It's Joseph," I said.

"Yeah, Yeah, Yeah," she said.

When I got home, I noticed my mom packing. She said, "Joseph, did you know we are moving?"

"No. Where?" I asked.

"Transylvania," She replied.

The End-----or is it?
